By accessing or using FunnlRamp at https://funnlramp.com and the related product application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FunnlRamp provides a platform to build, manage, and publish AI-powered sales funnels, including team workspaces, media assets, custom domains, and subscription billing.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the plan shown at checkout and your billing portal. Failure to pay may result in loss of access.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
7. Intellectual property
FunnlRamp, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except as needed to use the service.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
